We found ourselves sitting next to each other, quietly realizing the event wasn&#8217;t quite what we had signed up for (we both agreed it was mismarketed, something I detest immensely). After a little side-eye and some whispered commentary, Payal leaned over and confessed she was ready to leave&#8212;and honestly, I was right there with her. She gave me the perfect exit, and I took it. </p><p>&#8594;<em>Thank you, Payal.
